Scheduled Maintenance

System Maintenance – March 13th at 1:00AM AEDT Mar 13, 2026 01:00-05:00 AEDT

To ensure continued performance and scalability of the NetCloud Service, we are enhancing our infrastructure during a scheduled maintenance Friday, March 13th 1:00AM AEDT – 5:00AM AEDT (2:00PM GMT - 6:00PM GMT Thursday, March 12th). Please note devices will continue to operate normally and will automatically reconnect to NetCloud Manager, with no user intervention required, in the hours following the completion of the maintenance.

Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled maintenance to restart our instances in response to a mandatory Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) firmware update
requirement.

Impact:
- NetCloud SASE networks might be restarted as part of this activity.
- Expected downtime: 5-10 mins

Reason:
OCI has mandated a firmware update to address a third-party component issue. We are proactively restarting instances during this planned window to
minimize disruption and maintain control over the timing.
